#askthepert At what does babies sleeps through out the night?? My 7 month old baby still doesn’t sleep throughout the night and wakesup early in the morning. Resettling him is the biggest task for me. How to make him sleep throughout the night??

ExpertDr Priyashree Mukherjee ChakrabortyPaediatrician10 months agoA. The best way to make your child sleep in the night is to get him tired throughout the day. I usually advise to avoid evening nap. Take them out and park or garden and continuously interact with them so that they do not get bored and sleep. This will get them tired enough to sleep in the night .
