Author of questionMom of 2 children4 years agoA. She doesn’t drink formula milk and she takes normal cow milk Can I add cow milk ? Do I have to warm it? Is it like egg and milk should not be mixed according to ayurveda it causes health issues?? Can’t I give soft boiled egg?

You can start by gradually adding cooked eggs to your baby's diet with these simple tips: Hard boil a whole egg and mash it. ... Mix about 1 1/2 tsp (7 mL) with a little breast milk, infant formula or water. Don't add any salt, sugar, butter or margarine to the egg yolk.
