rice water.
fruit purees or formula..
along with breast milk.
slowly switch to semi solid mashed meals as per baby comfort 😂

as your child is 6 months old and as it is start for your child,it is better to offer food like mung dal Pani, rice starch which is easy to digest
then gradually you can start to offer different vegetables fruit and rice
but please stick to breastfeeding
