A. yes most likely it's just the cartilage sound you can hear due to friction don't worry about it maintain hydration and keep a track on urine output maintain hygiene in the area clean with Luke warm water

A. Yes Because that’s the most common sound that you will hear from the needs of the child because the knees are actually building up right now they are not in the proper shape slowly gradually they’re going to build up by the age of 3 to 6 months and after that you stopped listening to that sound
