RashmiMom of a 11 yr 9 m old girl2 weeks agoA. A lot of kids have it from the time of birth it is just a skin thing that is there so you can regularly massage the skin of the child with a Badam oil or Babyhug cold pressed coconut oil and also consult a doctor for further assessment
