Added sugars are sugars and syrups that are added to drinks or foods during processing or preparation. Sugary drinks often have little nutritional value other than extra calories.
avoid packed powders. you can add crushed dryfruits, soaked dates, gulkand for making nutritious milkshakes.
you can give curd , buttermilk that is other dairy products if child doesn't like milk much.
they too have same nutritional value.

Kids become fussy because they don't feel like eating or drinking anything in the early morning.
This is very much normal.
Do not force feed your child.
