#asktheexperts why my kid is super active at night. Just before sleep. Why is this so? She sleeps late at night

A child takes a lot of long nap during the daytime which is why this is happening it’s common if the child is not mentally and physically exhausted and tired this is something which you will face common with the kid so I would just recommend you that you should avoid giving long daytime nap to make the child comfortable to sleep better in the night
