Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 12 yr 7 m old boy6 days agoA. Hello! As I have been telling earlier, breastmilk has very little waste that needs to be passed out. It is mostly absorbed by the child. But in case of any discomfort symptoms in your child by not passing stools then consult your doctor
