#asktheexperts why my 5 years old catches cough and cold frequently. it starts with itchy throat then mucus in lungs with cough. please suggest remedies

Nebulising is going to help in clearing the congestion from the chest of your child so that would be a very good option along with that massage with warm mustard oil by adding some salt into that on the chest back and throat and should do hot compress regularly
