#asktheexperts Why elders are saying feed the kids at different intervals. Why the kids are not interested to sleep in both day and night time.

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist3 years agoA. Hello mom it’s always good to follow A routine for the child as unnecessary snacking etc could be avoided and they have proper meals . Also physical activity is also very important that would also get them to be tired and sleep well
