Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 7 m old boy3 years agoA. nasal saline drops can be given again and again to the child because it is salt water which will help in decreasing the nasal blockage by clearing the mucus try to prevent temperature variations daround the child which is the most common cause of cough and cold in small children.can give indirect steam inhalation . anti-cold medicines at this age have got side effects so can be givenx only after medical consultation. for fever and pain give paracetamol continue the regular diet which is being given to the child

Manali K MehtaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hi parent breast feed her well every two hours take sunbathing daily with her head and ears covered in the morning keep a bowl of chopped onion near her bed apptox three feet far over night
