Hello Ma’am Must be due to drooling that’s very common with kids so don’t worry about it consult your doctor for a proper ointment for the same or otherwise you can start applying Boroline as of now I’ll give that would be better because so just try to work upon this if it helps you then good otherwise see your doctor
