Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children2 years agoA. bad dreams and small babies will be having gas for various reasons please do burping of the baby immediately after feeding and give colicaid drops 0.5 ml 3 times a day this is safe

Getting fussy during night time is mostly due to gas in stomach.
Burp ur baby well after every feed in upright position to prevent gas formation in stomach.
Give gastica drops to ur baby to pass out gas.
