A. It’s totally your choice both the things are proper to be done but I have actually personally seen my own child the traditional method works out better because with the gun piercing the intensity is very high so sometimes kids actually have a little bit of trembling for a while so I feel the traditional method is much better you can use a numbing cream if you want
