A. dear mother it is always recommended to give a basic healthy diet from your kitchen that includes all the fresh seasonal fruits as well as vegetables as these have been specially planned by nature for healthy living other than this giving of a boil potatoes boiled eggs chicken soup black chana soup sprouts Milk or milk product such as curd white paneer adding ghee and butter in babies routine diet is recommended
