A. At 7 months, babies can start exploring a variety of fruits in soft, mashed, or pureed forms. Here are some gentle, nutritious fruits to try: 1. Apple: Steam or boil until soft, then mash or puree. Apples are gentle on the stomach. 2. Banana: Soft and easy to mash, bananas are an excellent source of potassium. 3. Pear: Steam or boil to soften, then puree. Pears are good for digestion. 4. Peach: Peel and mash or puree. Peaches are juicy and easy for babies to eat. 5. Avocado: Though technically a fruit, avocado is creamy and packed with healthy fats. Just mash well. 6. Mango: Soft and flavorful, mango can be mashed or pureed. It’s a good source of vitamins A and C. 7. Papaya: Soft and easily mashed, papaya is great for digestion and is nutrient-rich. Introduce new fruits one at a time to monitor for any allergies or digestive issues, and avoid adding sugar. Always ensure the fruits are fully ripe, soft, and free of any hard bits or seeds.
