In the initial months, do not overfeed as baby is still in the process of adapting to the new taste. You can now include dry fruits, seasonal fruits, fresh juices, etc. and after couple of months, feed boiled egg, chicken soup, oats with nuts, dalia, legumes, ghee, rice, upma, etc.
Sarika guptaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and please give baby home made semi solid food like dal soups khichadi ragi porridge soaked nuts suji items besan ka chilla, fresh fruits and vegetable and also start one egg from eight months.
