ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. all home made. cereal rice dal. a lot of brands will be trying to impress you but you try to see your need and cost. thats better always. the baby needs a balance diet with protein, carbs, fats abd fibre. no need of fancy foods ok.

Go For all kind of vegetable purée fruits pure porridge khichadi mashed banana mashed potato and after that you can go ahead with Suji items like Kheer Upma Halwa quinoa oats ragi all these things can be given to the child from the very beginning itself coconut water dairy products and water is also very important
