#asktheexperts Which cereal should we choose for our baby? I could see there are many varieties and flavours today.

A. hi parent rice , oats, chapatis made up of wheat, jowar, bajra, makka what ever you eat at home, can be given to baby gradually. give dals vegetables fresh fruits as well in diet.
