#asktheexperts when we can start giving cow or goat milk to infants? what are the ideal food to start weaning? fron which month we can introduce non veg?

A. After 6 months, you can use cow or goat milk to prepare recipes like porridge, kheer and milk products like curd, paneer. You can start with foods like porridge, kheer, homemade cerelac, fruit purée. Then dal rice with vegetables, khichadi, curd. You can introduce non veg foods from 8th month.
