Rashmi GuptaMom of a 11 yr 7 m old girl1 month agoA. So you can introduce it from the age of 7 to 8 months itself as per your comfort you have to actually dry roast them so that you can make a fine powder out of it and then you can give it with food milk whatever is comfortable to you
