ExpertNiharika PandeyPediatric Dentist4 years agoA. Hi milk teeth usually start to fall by the age of 5.5-6.5 years.. they start to get mobile and fall eventually.. if milk teeth do not fall and permanent teeth erupt behind milk teeth then consult with your nearest Pediatric dentist
