#asktheexperts when can my wife who is a mother (my child is 5.5 months old) can take the food normally which will not affect the child. Currently she is limiting the type of food considering the kid as she is feeding.

NikithaMom of a 11 yr old boy1 Year agoA. hello during the breastfeeding time it would be better if the mom have light food in the diet which would be good and also safe and you should also avoid gassy and spicy food in the diet which would be better and also safe for the mom and the child at least till one year
