completing the 6 months is one of the biggest milestones in baby's first year because it is time to start semisolid food for the baby after 6 Months of exclusive breastfeeding .
At 6 months , start giving your baby just two or three spoonfuls of soft or liquid food like mung dal Pani, rice starch, porridge ,mashed fruits or vegetables once in a day.
