A. Hai good afternoon !! Once baby starts teething - Hard ,swollen gums indicates teething . You can give boiled or steamed veggies, fruits, ripen soft fruits as wedges fingers and give as finger foods these will ease from gum pain.. Chop carrot, potato, sweet potato, beans, pumpkin, beetroot ,cauliflower, brocoli, apple into 1.5-2 inch size steam or boil for 8-10 minutes give it baby when it becomes luke warm .. Similarly papaya, guava, orange ,pear chop into finger size and give it to baby hands they can eat on own giving different tastes, colourful veggies, fruits improve interest of eating different varieties.
