Food - Mixed sprouted pulses porridge, sprouted ragi porridge, multigrain chapathi dipped in milk, curd or dal. vegetable kichidi, fruits, carrot/beetroot idli/dosa, upma, plain pongal, dry fruits powder/grated in porridge or milk. add little amount of ghee everyday it aids in digestion.
Activities - Talk to the child as much as possible, point the object's, describe them, try saying words and ask them to repeat. Teach them actions like waving hands for hi, bye, nodding their head for NO, giving flying kiss. throwing ball and encouraging to play catch catch, building blocks, stacking rings, putting ball in box, pulling cloth from box, letting them walk, climb stairs with adult supervision, closing and opening lids of containers, water bottles and try to involve them in simple things u r dng. It makes them curious and observe a lot.
