Can give egg chicken fish
Add powdered nuts (almond cashew nut walnut) to food
avoid water thin foods like thin dals and rice water, soups and fruit juices as they do not provide enough nutrition and fill stomach.
add ghee/oil on top of food for making it energy dense and squeeze some lemon where possible.

variety of fruits , boiled veggies like potato, sweet potato, pumpkin , green peas , cucumber , roasted paneer , banana pancakes , multigrain idli , etc are best
you can prepare sheera ,Ragi or makhana porridge too
