A. In 11 months, you should feed all types of fresh and nutritious foods to the baby. Include seasonal fruits in different forms like juice, slices, pureed or mashed, chapati with paneer gravy, chicken soup, boiled egg, ghee in every meal, stuffed parantha, besan and beetroot cheela, veg cutlet, veg sandwich, rice with dal, khichdi, mixed vegetable soup, milkshawith dry fruits, chicken or fish curry with rice, custard, curd, coconut water, buttermilk along with 600 to 650 ml milk daily. Feed 3 main meals and 2-3 times healthy snacks.
