Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy3 years agoA. For FEVER as well as PAIN kindly give paracetamol according to the weight of child as well as according to the power of paracetamol medicine you are having and paracetamol can be given maximum 4 times per day and also do body sponge to decrease the surface temperature. Also when u take temperature in the armpit of the child and it is s 100 or more then only consider it as fever and give Paracetamol. higher medicines for fever like ibugesic and mefenamic has to be given only after medical consultation. After giving fevver medicines you can wait for maximum 3 days and then meet your doctor if it is not improving. keep the child in cool atmosphere

Write Your Answer Here Thande Paani Ki Patti is the best option during that time that you can do but of course you should get the medicines medicines are very very important set an is going to help in reducing down the fever for the child at a faster level than this one
