You could give them semi solid & mashed foods now include foods from varied food groups and you can alter with your feed
Foods such as steamed vegetables soups fresh fruits ragi/suji porridge homemade cerelac mix also kichidi dal and rice curds ghee
Sarika guptaMom of 2 children1 month agoA. mam you can start semi solid food items like mashed apples and banans and potatoes to the baby. you can also give suji kheer and daal paani to the baby. also give vegetables puree to the baby. also start giving formula milk to the baby.
