#asktheexperts what should be the sleeping cycle or duration for 5-6 months baby? My baby is about to complete 6 months now.His sleep time is very less. Hardly 4-5 hours at night and 2-3 hours in day. Is it ok? if not what can be done to improve his sleep duration?

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. no problem in the baby. bv xThere is lot of individual variation in the sleeping pattern of small babies before coming to a particular sleeping pattern no need to worry about this at present if the baby is taking feeding properly and otherwise active
