#asktheexperts What should be the minimum and maximum gap between iron drops and meals/breastmilk? Can we give it after vitamin c rich fruits and after how much gap?

A. In between two drops you have to maintain a gap whether iron or calcium or vitamin whatever you are giving to the child and if you’re giving it after a at least 40 to 50 minutes let the milk get digested a little bit because if you give it immediately the child is going to throw up
