You can start with dal water, rice water
Then slowly add boiled apple, boiled pear, mashed banana,
Then 3rd week, give upma, ragi porridge
Then add rice dal ghee mashed or khichadi mashed.

It Can either be any kind of vegetable purée or you can also go ahead with the Moon Dal and rice water that’s also good option to go for some people prefer giving Suji Kheer or Upma to the child so you can go ahead with either of the things but the consistency has to be semi-liquid to begin with because that’s very easy for a child to swallow
