Rashmi GuptaMom of a 11 yr 7 m old girl3 days agoA. You should leave all the family foods plus good proteins both vegetarian and non-vegetarian in the diet of your child which would be very healthy and yes animal milk or full cream packet milk whatever you prefer can be given to the child
