A. Brestfeeding mom should avoid this food..like Coffee tea..fish, fatty foods, spicy food, oily food, cabbage peanuta, cheery , cauliflower. citric fruits like lemon, oranges, sweet lime etc can cause acidity in some moms and babies. If you are not one of them, then go ahead .. add this food in your meal if possible... Will help to increase breastmilk... fennel seed oatmeal ginger fenugreek Papaya spinach carrot water juice milk barley cumin seeds apricot ..

A. One of the most important thing for nursing moms is what you eat during the feeding months will directly affect the amiount of milk produced Things you can have to increase breastmilk are oatmeal, fennel seeds, fenugreek seeds, papaya, spinach leaves,garlic, black sesame seeds, carrots, water and juices, brown rice,apricots,cumin seeds,cow milk,almonds Avoid gas forming foods like urad dals, chola, rajma, chawali, channa, besan, pickles, green peas, dry peas. Vegetables like cauliflower, cabbage, bhindi, broccholi, onions are better avoided for the first 40 days. Later on, they can be introduced in the mother’s diet slowly.

A. Have milk mushroom, and have kanji which contains broken wheat , socked ( green gram, fenugreek seeds) and red rice with grated coconut. Better to have in the morning and night.. Skin to skin contact, pumping frequently, feeding frequently are also some ways to improve bm Green vegetables like beans, fenugreek, broccoli, cauliflower, spinach and asparagus in addition to iron rich foods like carrots and beetroot are good for increasing the production of milk. Also, add vitamin-rich fruits such as oranges, melons, berries, dry fruits and lentils to your diet...

To increase bm Skin to skin contact while breastfeeding regulates and improves the hormones that promote lactation the more the baby latches the more milk production grind cumin fennel seeds and mishri separately take each powder in equal quantities mix take this mixture three times a day with milk include dry fruits ghee milk greens cumin carrots black currants papaya in your daily diet and also have a teaspoon of jeera with water in the evening
