ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist2 years agoA. dear parent, homemade cerelac is the best for your 7 months old baby. avoid giving any sort of commercially available packaged foods like cerelac as they are not as healthy as homemade food.

Cerelac can be given to the child once in a day to begin with if you want to but mostly we suggested to go ahead with fresh home cooked food only further more you can go ahead with giving all kind of variety is made out of Suzy porridge khichadi and all kind of fruits and vegetables
