#asktheexperts What is the best supplement for early school going kids, as our baby boy aged 3.9 years has started going to school for pre Nursery... we want add to his diet some supplements...so please suggest some good supplement or alternate brands, so that we can add to his diet. packed food should be avoided as much as possible ...
Give all that you cook for ur family to ur child.
Before going to school u can give idli, vermicelli with vegetables, different milkshakes, egg,prantha with curd and butter, upma, poha etc
