A. it is important to keep the child hydrated. anti cold medicines are not given without medical consultation what you can give now is nasal saline drops which is salt water and can be given agxain and again to decrease nasal blockage as well as cough and cold try to prevent temperature variations around the child and keep the child well covered. can give indirect steam inhalation . anti-cold dmedicines at this age have got side effects so can be given only after medical consultation.

A. keep your child head slightly elevated while sleeping so he can breathe and sleep well

A. hi I would suggest to place potli of roasted ajwain seeds or put a bowl of chopped onion and garlic pods near your child head or bed approx 1.4 feet far it works well with my child when he is having like this
