A. dear parent, a homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups should be given to your baby after completion of 1 year. include variety of seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. milk and milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. eggs and non-veg foods. dry fruits and nuts. grains, cereal, pulses and legumes.
