A. Growth spurt is when your child feeding too much than usual. My observation that child increases his/her appetite at this time. So don’t feel low if you are short of breast milk during this time as with this growth spurt, your body will akso take some time to start adjusting to your baby’s increased appetite. Continue to offer breast to child so that your body start producing more milk according to baby’s need. However, if your child is hungry and your body is not able to produce milk as per increase demand or you are not able to sit for long then don’t feel low while offering formula feed. Stress also result in low milk supply so do whatever is manageable and gives you peace and rest.
