#asktheexperts What I eat affect my child in anyway? I breastfeed my child. Plz tell as some ppl says it doesn’t affect child & some says it does.

Hello mother, yes it is true that whatever you eat it has effect on your breastfeed and so does it affectsthe child thats why its important for you to take good amount of nutrinet rich food.Keep yourself hydrated and eat accordingly. Avoid any kind of spicy, fatty and junk food. Try to include light and easily digestable items in your diet like light pulses and cereals . Good amount of fruits and vegetable and also fat in moderation.
