Hello ma’am You can give formula milk Nestlé Nan and if you do not want to go for formula feed then you can switch to a tone pasteurised milk after the age of six months and for food you can introduce Dal rice water match banana mashed potato vegetable purees vegetable soup pumpkin soup fruits Paneer cheese curd Suji Upma Suji Kheer ragi oats and other healthy variant you can think of
