AthiraMom of a 4 yr 5 m old boy3 years agoA. Hi Mom Breastfeeding alone cannot satisfy baby's nutrition. Provide all the foods which normally we cook in home. Avoid fast foods, maida, excessive salt & sugar. Breastfeeding can be continued along with it.

Anything and everything properly that you are preparing at home for the entire family that is the right kind of food to be offered to the child from the age of 10 that’s the best food because it has all kind of healthy nutrients and supplements required for overall growth of the child
