Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 1 m old girl4 months agoA. hi ji , first to cure this ,i suggest to give luke warm salt water twice in a day pinch of salt is enough. second ,give fruits like apple ,papaya ,chickoo, etc to your child in veggies ,almost all seasonal veggies can be given to a child.
