ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist2 months agoA. Namaste Mom Babies this age can be given semi solids & mashed foods as such include foods such as steamed vegetables soups rice dal kichidi also you can give ragi or suji porridge as well home made cerelac mix as well fruits as well in mashed & juices
