ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. vomiting n diarrhea. Well, this looks ok but avoid self medication. try giving proper diet n don't miss on dose in this. see more you can ask your own treating doctor. i am sure they will solve all your doubts and guide you

It Is mostly going to be non-stop vomiting fever diarrhoea all these things can be signed for food poisoning also basically a child will not be able to digest water also during that time so severe vomiting and diarrhoea can be the can be the sign for you
