Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 7 m old boy1 week agoA. Hello my dear parent! You can dry roast a teaspoon of all the staple pulses and also a little bit of rice. Mix them all together and grind them into a fine powder. This is your basis for homemade cerelac. There are plenty of recipes available online as well. You can give mashed bananas, apple purée , ragi and so on, continue with breastfeeding
