A. Hello, give veggies like Spinach, potatoes, beans, carrot, pumpkin, broccoli, sweet potatoes, okra, bottle gaurd, peas, squash, zucchini, yam, green banana. & fruits such as apple, pear, banana, plum, peach, chikoo, papaya, apricot , banana, and avocado. do daily massage, For infants and young children, you can gently bring their legs back and over their head during the morning massage. Then bring their right arm towards their left leg and vice versa. Not only is this fun for young ones, it is simply good for them.
