Hand foot mouth disease is viral in origin and mostly symptomatic treatment is required because it is a self limiting disease and here fever come and small eruptions may be seen in hands foot face and other parts of the body along with oral ulcerations so give plenty of liquids to maihfntain proper hydration and maintain a good hygiene . Some multivitamin syrup along with antihistamine can be given . For oral ulcer dologel can be applied locally

Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl3 years agoA. hi there are some symptoms through which we can say that a child might having hand , Mouth and feet dieseas, like: fever painful blisters on palm ,sole and Mouth , tongue area low apetite child find difficulty while taking food because of blisters irritability etc but it needs proper diagnose so please visit your pediatrician. as it can be caused by poor hygiene ,maintain good hygiene using Babyhug multipurpose cleaner.
