#asktheexperts what all foods can i offer in variation to my kid. till now i have given spinach puree and carrot puree and mashed banana

A. Give mashed boiled Moong Daal, rice kangi. Ragi porridge, rice porridge. Give vegetables such as pumpkin, potato, sweet potato, beet root puree, and fruits puree of pears, avocado, apple, ripe banana, papaya .
